PRODUCT FULFILLMENT
The final step in E-Core Corporation’s
product development cycle is the
handling, processing, blending,
packaging, and shipment of your
engineered materials. E-Core
Corporation’s product fulfillment
facilities occupy several modern rail
served by the Union Pacific and
Burlington Northern and are registered
for EPA, FDA, NSF, Kosher, UL, Green
Seal, DfE, and CRI.
E-Core Corporation’s product fulfillment
(liquids) facility consists of a 20
stainless steel vessels ranging from 400
– 10,000 gallons. All blending tanks are
on load cells, and all products are made
using weight for accuracy. Our liquid
blending and packaging capabilities
range from tank trucks, tote tanks,
drums, pails, gallons, quarts down to 8
oz. bottles. We currently utilize high
speed rotary or high speed inline
fillers for larger packaging projects
and three smaller inline fillers for
smaller runs.
E-Core Corporation’s (dry) blending
facility consists of five blenders. One
ribbon at 5,000 lbs, one paddle at 5,000
lbs., one paddle at 2,000 lbs. and two
Munson Rotary mixers. The Munson mixers
are designed to produce 1,000 lbs and
2,000 lbs. We have an overall powder
blending capacity of over 100,000 lbs.
per day.
